Warranty
We pride ourselves on our adaptability and commitment to excellence in every aspect of our service. All builds come with a limited warranty. All builds will be tested, stressed, and confirmed working with photos and videos for proof prior to completion and sent in working condition and proof required upon request.
1.)Coverage for warranty: defects in workmanship, component failure*, **, shipping damage, free repair suggestions and diagnostics included, to the best of our limited abilities.
** Can include but not limited to, Thermal management failures, power supply failures that don't damage other components, dead on arrival components discovered in the first 30 days
*Sending in a product for repair will cost shipping cost but no additional cost, and returns can be initiated for induvial part failure if repair fails
2.) What is not covered: Misuse, normal wear and tear, and any damage caused by the customer attempting to repair, modify or otherwise altering the product. Repair at your own risk, but, repairing does not void unrelated issues, and we encourage you to repair whenever possible. Product also may become obsolete or age. Liquid damage caused by consumer also not covered.
3.)Coverage timing:*1 year limited repair and service warranty, and lifelong assistance and free contact, Individual parts have various warranties, and will range from 1-5 or more years depending the part. Contact us and we can arrange for replacement parts
*Most parts ordered by us will have a 30 day replacement period, keep in mind we can fully replace any component that fails in this period
4.)Repair process: Contact us about any issues you are having and we will repair and replace anything malfunctioning. We will diagnose to the best of our ability and then process for either, return, repair, or more options. Turnaround will be as soon as possible, estimated about 1-7 days each for shipment, arrival, and then return shipment
5.)Full Refunds: Full refunds of entire payment have to be processed before assembly of computer. From date of confirmation of payment, there will be roughly a 2-3 day gap before assembly commences and cancelation is allowed at this time. Limited flexibility for a full return before 30 days from parts ordering, depends on where the components were sourced from and if returns are allowed.
All shipments will be insured and in the case of damaged product, and warranty will be sent to the shipping company..
Store Procedure
Please note that some builds may not look the exact same as promo photos, depending on what cases are available. At time of purchase, an confirmation email will be sent and requested to be accepted to complete payment, at this point a list detailing the system be decided upon and sent to the customer, estimated after tax and fees due to constantly changing pricings and deals(we will stick to the list on the website give or take for shifting prices, and update the list based on what has been sent). You are able to cancel at any time during this process with zero questions asked for full refund(refer to above section 5.) You can choose what color case you want by contacting us.
